Main duties of the job In this role, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of clinical care and patient safety, while providing guidance and support to the wider practice team.You will lead on quality improvement initiatives, facilitate multidisciplinary and clinical meetings and play a key role in the development and mentorship of staff. Alongside your leadership duties, you will maintain a strong clinical presence within the practice.

The Harness South PCN Senior Clinical Pharmacist will be joining other Senior Clinical Pharmacists to leadour dynamic and innovative Clinical Pharmacy team on a fixed term maternity cover basis initially. The team which has been established for over two years and includes trainee pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a valued team within the Harness network. Whilst the post holder will be bringing their own experience to the role, they will receive support and training in their development.
