Hours: 4–8 sessions per week (Monday–Friday, 8am–6:30pm, flexible)
Contract: Fixed Term until 31st March 2027
Join our supportive and forward-thinking team at Wembley Park Medical Centre, part of Harness North PCN, serving over 72,000 patients across 10 GP practices. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate GP (ARRS) — ideally newly qualified within two years — to deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred care to our diverse community.
Key responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive clinical care via face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations
Manage acute and chronic conditions in line with evidence-based practice
Participate in QOF, IIF, enhanced services, and clinical audits
Work collaboratively with pharmacists, allied health professionals, and the wider PCN team
Contribute to ongoing quality improvement, education, and service development
About you:
Newly qualified GP (within 2 years), GMC registered, on NHS England/NWL Performers List
Strong communication, teamwork, and IT skills (EMIS experience desirable)
Committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice
Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to contribute to innovative primary care delivery

Join our dedicated team at Park Royal Medical Practice, part of Harness South PCN, caring for around 9,000 patients in Brent and Ealing. We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Practice Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care and support patients in managing their health and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities:
Provide and evaluate a range of nursing interventions and health checks
Support management of long-term conditions (e.g. asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension)
Conduct immunisations, vaccinations, cervical cytology, and wound care
Run and assist with chronic disease clinics and health promotion programmes
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care
About you:
Registered Nurse (NMC PIN) with experience in General Practice
Skilled in treatment room procedures, phlebotomy, ECGs, and chronic disease management
Compassionate, patient-focused, and a strong team player
Committed to continuous learning and professional development
